Auto Accidents

Defective Products
\When a customer purchases a product, they expect that the said product is safe for consumption and use. Manufacturers have a duty to warn consumers about the dangers associated with their product. They also have a duty to ensure that the product is safe for use by the public. The manufacturer may be liable if they expose the public to an unsafe product.
Dog Bites
Dog owners have a duty to ensure that their dogs are properly supervised and do not present a hazard to the public. The person who owns and/or controls the dog may be liable if the dog inflicts injuries on a member of the public.
Medical Malpractice/Professional Negligence
Medical practitioners and professionals in general have a duty of care to their customers. They need to ensure that the service being rendered is not below the standard which is expected of a reasonable person with their particular training and expertise. If they breach that duty of care and a customer suffers losses as a result, then that professional may be liable.
Nursing Home Negligence
The owners/operators of a nursing home have a duty to ensure that the premises are safe for the occupiers. If this duty is breached and an occupier suffers losses as a result then the occupier may be entitled to compensation.
Slip and Fall Accidents
Owners and occupiers of premises have a duty to ensure that the premises are safe for their visitors. If a visitor to a property slips and fall as a result of the owner/occupier’s negligence then the visitor may be entitled to compensation.
Fatal Accidents
Accidents happen every day where persons lose their lives as a result of the negligence of others. The estate and/or dependants of the deceased may be entitled to compensation for the loss of their loved one’s life.
Construction and Scaffolding Accidents
The work site can be a dangerous place, there can be several persons working in the particular environment. Heavy machines may also be on the premises. It is incumbent on the owner/occupier of the premises to ensure that the environment is safe for the workers. If this duty is breached and a worker suffers as a result, he/she may be entitled to compensation.
Dangerous Conditions on Private or Public Property
Owners of properties (whether private and/or public) have a duty to provide a safe environment to lawful visitors to their premises. If a visitor sustains injuries as a result of dangerous conditions on either private or public property they may be entitled to compensation.
Negligentsupervision of children at school and elsewhere
The duty of care towards children is higher than that towards an adult. Children of tender age can be particularly hyperactive. Therefore individuals who are left in control of children should exercise care in handling them. If the caregiver is negligent in their handling of the child, the child may be entitled to compensation if he suffers harm as a result.
Electrocution
If an individual is electrocuted as a result of the negligence of others, his/her estate or dependants may be entitled to compensation.
Hotel Negligence
If an individual is injured whilst being a lawful visitor to a hotel and this injury occurred as a result of the hotel’s negligence, we can assist you to get compensation.
